Inter-cultural Adapted Training Programmes ( ICATP)
Cultivating soft & hard skills required by employers
ICATP develops and prepares participants for the critical transition into strategic employment training to access work. A unique model to help participants to increase their understanding in work place and to close the gap between participants and effective action.
The training program embeds impartial and non-directed advice and guidance in connection with career progression and cultivating soft skills and hard skills that are required by employers and make a difference for those seeking out of their professional lives whether it is a career change or professional development.
The intercultural adapted training programs enables participants to rise up to the workplace challenges and enhance personal and professional skills.
The complexity of diversity and intercultural across the Country creates challenges for migrants and refugee’s communities at to access tailored training programs that fulfils both the job seekers and labour market’s needs.
The ICATP will provide training adapted to multicultural and enable participants to strengthen knowledge and skills in UK work places. The adapted training will use different strategies and tools to support participants to understand the setting of workplaces in UK
For excellent practical training to develop cross-cultural employability, below topics will be covered in training:
The ICATP will effectively assist the participants to enrich new skills and create opportunities for focused integration, enhancing employability skills and gain central feature of workplaces in UK, encourage participants to be innovative, create action plans to access employment.
To support and assist the participant for better training, program has a mentor to assist participant to consider different perspectives.
In addition to the above Visible Outcomes coordinate and delivery lectures directed to future social workers. The Lectures focus on promoting a better understanding of the rights and entitlements of refugees and people seeking asylum in the UK, working with refugees and asylum seekers with an agenda to promote meaningful Equality and Diversity promotion while working with people from a mixed cultures.
