Visible Outcomes provides independent advice and guidance to assist people seeking asylum, refugees and migrants in the UK to understand their rights and entitlements, to advocate on their behalf when necessary to improve outcomes in service users lives. Visible Outcomes has a referral processes in place for services outside of the scope of services delivery such as for example debt advice and Immigration advice.
Visible Outcomes can help service users to consider choices by providing non directed and impartial advice but cannot make decision on behalf of the service users.
Visible Outcomes respects every service user as an individual. The services are provided in accordance national legislation and visible outcomes policy and procedures, Equality Opportunity Policy, Confidentiality.
Visible Outcomes can advise you in your own language on issues such as:
- Access to Health services advice
- Housing Advice
- Intercultural Adapted Employment and business start up advice
- Basic money management advice
- Access to volunteering opportunity
- Access and support to Welfare benefits
- Access to community events to fight against social isolation
- Access to ESOL classes and further training through referral
- Access to legal advice through referral
- Fuel poverty advice referral
- Food poverty advice referral
